Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to consent in your jurisdiction, or use a parent-verified kids account.
Acceptable use
Don't use the platform to break the law, harm others, or abuse the AI services. The agent refuses harmful, deceptive, or abusive tasks regardless of framing, and we may suspend accounts that attempt them.
Plans, credits & billing
Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance metered by real usage. Overage is off by default; you control hard caps and spend limits. Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your current period. Refunds are handled case by case.
Content & credentials
Course content is owned by Neopotters. Your inputs and creations are yours. Certificates are issued from server-verified completion; we may revoke a credential issued in error or in violation of these terms.
The AI services
AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Deep Search cites sources; verify anything important. Sensitive topics carry a non-professional-advice note. You're responsible for actions you confirm in Do It.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer.
